Shrimp and Roast Pork Lo Mein

You can enjoy Chinese take out flavor without the hassle of leaving the house with this quick and easy Shrimp and Roast Pork Lo Mein recipe.

Ingredients

Lo Mein

  • 1 lb Shrimp raw, peeled and deveined, tail off
  • 3/4 lb Roast Pork small dice
  • 1 cup Sno-Peas cut in half on an angle (bias)
  • 1 cup Savoy Cabbage Chopped
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers Julienned
  • .5 cup Red Onion Julienned
  • 1/2 cup Carrots Jullienned
  • 1 cup Mushrooms Chopped
  • .75 lb Thin Spaghetti Pre-Cooked
  • 1/8 cup Sesame Oil more as needed
  • garlic Minced

Sauce

  • 3/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Lite Soy Sauce
  • 1/8 cup Hoisin Sauce
  • 1/8 cup Oyster Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Sesame Oil

Instructions

Sauce

  1. Mix all six (6) ingredients together, making sure sugar dissolves.

Lo Mein

  1. Make sure you have all your veggies cut, pasta cooked and sauce made prior to moving ahead.
  2. Heat wok or large saute pan over medium high to high heat. Add sesame oil.
  3. Once oil is hot, add cabbage, sno peas and garlic to pan. Toss to evenly cook.
