Mix all six (6) ingredients together, making sure sugar dissolves.
Lo Mein

Make sure you have all your veggies cut, pasta cooked and sauce made prior to moving ahead.

Heat wok or large saute pan over medium high to high heat. Add sesame oil.

Once oil is hot, add cabbage, sno peas and garlic to pan. Toss to evenly cook.
